I would like some help in identifying this stem bowl, would it be Chinese and how old could it be? It is unmarked the blue on it seems to have run in the firing, also, it has sandy-ish dirt melded into the glaze on the inside of the dish. It measures 11.5cm upper edge to edge, 5.5cm tall and 6.5cm bottom edge to edge, measurements vary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The scalloped edge does not look anything traditional with Chinese or Japanese.

True, I haven't found anything similar, what's throwing me off also is the drawings on it. Persian maybe?

Hi, this shape is found on Benjarong porcelain from Thailand, and I have seen it also with underglaze blue decoration. So I think that is where your stem dish is from. However, i am not sure if it was made there, as China made also export porcelain for the Thai market, I think.  I have no idea how old it is...
