Any opinion about this pair of vases?

Looks chinese to my untrained eye, could it be old or 20th century?

This could be another example of a repainted/over-painted item.
Neck and mouth were overglazed.
The contours and thin lines of flowers and leaves were added by transfer printing, then the light blue color inside and the dark background was painted.
This vase was probably redone in more recent times.
