Plate with ducks

the plate itself looks like antique but the decoration and the stamp on the back appear to be first half 20th century.  So i need your expert opinion

It was probably painted the same time they put the Made in China mark on the bottom, Made in China would have been after 1920, and is still marked that way on new porcelain. Judging by the foot it dose look like an early plate that, like you say was redecorated.
