chinese vase with strange marks

One more vase from my granma collection. Please take a minute and look at this vase. What do you think id the color, shape and mark  .  What kind mark it can be ? Height - 13.2 inches.

This is a 20th century item.  The mark appears to be a porcelain painter's mark or seal, but I do not know it.
