Ge/guan ware water pot?

Hi all!

Another little gem from Shandong over the weekend... I think it is a water pot? Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. My guess was probably Qing (18thc?) but really just a guess.

I suppose this would class as guan ware, yes?

Alas, there is a tiny chip in the rim, but it wasn't very expensive...
