Character Mark ID on bowl

Hello everyone, I recently acquired this bowl and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the 4 character marks on the bottom mean?  Thanks as always.

????  means "Jingde, old kiln". The last one is a simplified character that as traditional character would be written ? .
That means this item was likely made 1960 or later.
