Blue White Triple Gourd Vase Identification

Hi, I am new and would appreciate help identifying this vase which is 14.5" high.  No marks. The glaze is lightly crazed, and there is different decoration all the way around the vase. Is it Chinese?  Any idea of age?

I have never seen such a shape. Looks as if it were trying to imitate a double gourd shape. Unfortunately, the whole of the decoration also looks as if it was not painted in China.
