Hi, I'm afraid this is a fake.
The mark is a mark from the Interregnum period mark (Tianshun: 1457~1464), but it is apocryphal.
This shape did not exist in ancient China, as far as I know. That means neither the bottom or side rim are correct for any time. The chrysanthemum is imitating a Yuan style, but is not copying it correctly either.
The glaze color and dark blue pigment are all not right for any period.

I would like to suggest to avoid any items that have darkened brown foot rims or dirty glazes. Hardly any antiques have this color, even if they are hundreds of years old. This color is usually a sign that an item is fake. While excavated items may have dirt adhering, this is usually of a lighter reddish or yellow color.
