I've got this quit a big jar (H= 38cm)
But I don't know what is it used for.

It seems to be funeral ware. But it could also have had other uses. The number of pipes varies depending onthe item. If you search for "five pipe vase" you should find some information.
The bottom of yours gives it away as a new fake.

I'm afraid not. The whole of the Song dynasty had never such a foot rim, and I know not any other dynasty which had one of this type and width. This is is a well known sign of a 20th century fake. If you bought this as Song or authentic, you have been cheated.
I would advise to first look at authentic wares in museum collections before buying items of any early periods.
The foot rim is one of the first things to look at, and the Song rims were usually flat,  throughout the period, and they were relatively narrow.
