Small bowl with fish motiv

Hello,

I would like to know the age and if possible the origin in China of the bowl.
I bought the bowl on an antique market in Jakarta and hope it's not fake.
Diameter 10cm, height 6cm.

With that foot rim, I don't it even it is Chinese at all.

Let's see if Stan knows this. Judging by the decoration if could be Japanese, but one never knows. The bottom does not look Chinese at all. I would expect such a foot rim only in very small cups, like those used for liquor.

The bottom is a 20th century bottom, it could be either Chinese or Japanese.
