The foot rim looks old. I don't know enough to date this piece, any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

If this is Chinese, then it would be Dehua. If this is Dehua, then it would be 20th century. The interior of a Dehua white figurine should not look this way if from the Qing dynasty.
