Blue Cobalt Vase

There is some tape over the bottom rim . It might be harder to identify it because of it.  I've seen the double circle mark on pieces from early to late qing dynasty. How old are these vases?

The photo's are small can't see any age signs especially on the bottom and around the neck, the bird look modern to me.
