This is a 20th century item. A few decades old at the most, I would think.

A littlle bit old ist good.  I think, the qualitiy is not so bad (like tourist souvenir) and it looks very nice. I bought it very cheap 

(I don?t know, if it is allow, to say the price, so I don?t do it), there is no reason to be sad.
