Kraak style decoration. If original, this would have to be late Ming, but the foot rim and base look new.
You need also to be careful because Kraak style items have been widely copied in Japan, until at least the 19th century. The underside is not correct for the original Kraak pattern. I think it looks like a 20th century copy.
