Identifying Artwork Technique

This vase is 48cm in height and though I have held this for a while, I believe this to be a rather modern make (not sure when either).

Seek your assistance please in identifying what technique is use for this vase as it doesn't seem to be cloisonne, mirror black etc and where possibly the approximate period of this make.

The shape, the colors and the bottom point to modern in my view, your assumption is correct.
