This is the rice grain bowl, thank you for your comments.

The bowl itself looks old, with Jiaqing mark, but I have doubts about the decoration. It could be that originally only the underglaze blue part was there, while the color decoration on top of the glaze was added more recent.
It is almost impossible that such an on-glaze decoration should show no wear at all, if it was 200 years old.
