Unknown Mark Japanese Satsuma Vase

Here's another vase (1 of 2). I know that it's Satsuma but I don't know the mark. Please help.

Strange mark. The black appears to be the number 45, the rest is illegible, except the first character which could be ?, probably the first character of a name.?
