This has a Qianlong reign mark and some other features that would make it imperial. However, it looks too pristine for two hundred plus years. Also, be aware that today's fakes can imitate imperial ware easily.
About 99% of all Chinese ceramics in the open market (excluding export porcelain) are probably fakes.
