Hi, next time please try to upload a good view of the bottom/foot rim, not just a side view. That is usually the most important thing we look at for dating or authentication.

Anyway, yes this is Chinese, made for the common folks. I believe this is early Qing, judging by these pictures. This type of decoration was made by transfer, rather than directly painted unto the bowl. The unglazed interior bottom means many bowls were stacked directly on each other for firing in the kiln.
