Identifying porcelain plate

Hi All & Peter,

I am trying to understand origins of this porcelain. Mark on a bottom reminds me Dutch clobbered porcelain, but this porcelain doesn't look Dutch clobbered to me. Perhaps this is Japanese porcelain?
