I was not able to find the answer to this Japanese mark. Maybe you will be able to translate this mark please?

Reads Tatsumine or Ryuho, depending on the individual case. The former is more likely if it is a person's name; a place name or kiln name may differ.

As usually thank you Peter. This is whole piece. Doesn't look extremely old item, but still attractive.
