Need Help Aging and Identifying Old Tea Pot

I found this tea pot in a mystery box that I purchased at auction.  The box contained a number of figures, belt buckles, WWI and WWII military pins, sweetheart jewelry and this tea pot.  Can someone help me translate the makers mark on the bottom or help me date the piece?

This is an imitation, not an antique. Probably from the late 20th century or so.
