19th Century Prunus Vase

Is this a 19th Century Kangxi Revival cracked ice prunus vase? The top has been ground off and some brown dye or something applied (probably to grind off a damaged area).

Made during the Guangxu reign judging by the four character Kangxi mark and decoration.
However, I would have some reservations calling this a "cracked ice prunus vase" because the background shows no clear "cracked ice" background. Those showing it usually have clear lines.
