Crackled bottle

This crackle glaze vase is old, but it does not look Chinese. That is, the shape of the mouth differs too much from Chinese shapes of this kind.
In addition the bottom is not Chinese either. I know only one type of wares which may have (or often have) such bottoms - older Korean porcelain.
