Help identifying this mark

I have this vase from someone but I do not know the meaning of the mark or the period, is there anyone who knows this mark. I appreciate your opinion. thanks.

Wang Bing-rong was a porcelain carver. This is a fake, however. His carvings were not as crude as this one, and the bottom is wrong for the period too.
