Reposting: Small shallow bowl or plate in blue and white

This shallow bowl or plate I also have found similar on the internet. The diameter is 13,5 cm. Some claimed to be Qianlong and othres to come from the ship wreck (1822), with or without certificate. What do you think about the origin of this one?
