Hi Calder, It is my opinion that stilt marks on the bottom is Japanese, the Chinese did not use stilts like this instead they placed it on the unglazed foot.

You should always also show the decoration. The bottom is Japanese, but as this is imitating Chinese Kraak ware, it will show more Japanese traits.

Thought it was Japanese, as i've read on here that stilt marks normally point to the said.

Yes, painting looks also Japanese, and the blue color... Probably 18th or 19th century.
The original Kraak pattern was made in the late Ming dynasty. Later Chinese were made into the 19th century, but they also look different.
