Please help me identify this Vase

Size 15cm high. The colour are beige and blue.
It has a signature on the base - need translation pls.
It looks Chinese.
Any idea about it's age or any other info will be grateful.

I'm afraid this is a fake, and not Chinese. The decoration style indicates that it was probably made in SE Asia, as does the "mark". These characters are gibberish, obviously someone tried to copy characters without knowing how to write them.
