check on the authenticity of bowls

I apologize in advance for my broken English . I am from Ukraine, collect Chinese porcelain , there are a few things that I in turn will stand here for a visit , in my country there is no expert in this matter , the only hope for you. I'm interested in your thoughts on the subject , to the subject of the photo bowls .

Possibly not made in China. The character in the roundel is upside down. A Chinese would have detected this. It looks as if at least part (outlines) is printed, the rest painted by hand.
This is very recent, in my view.
