Chinese bowl with a knot mark

Hi Peter,
Would appreciate if you identify the marking on this bowl and when and where was it made? The dimension is 6.3inch by W & D, H is 2.4inch. Thank you.

The black writing may give some indication about the date. The bottom mark is basically a Tongzhi mark, but I have some doubts...the decoration, especially the blue color is likely from a later period. With that I mean that the bamboo decoration did exist in that period, but usually decorations of this type are not in such a good shape.
