Cant find this mark anywhere,
What is its meaning if any?

Kangxi reign mark, but probably apocryphal. Basically, period Kangxi marks are mostly in kaishu characters.

Hi Calder, the blue color is a later blue but I am not sure if it was used in the republic period but vases that came out of that period seem to to be very nicely detailed, I would think this to be later.
