Help identifying chinese vase

Can anyone tell me more about this vase? What period it's from and if it's a real one. It used to belong to my grandmother, and then was passed on to my mother. I've also read there are usually 4 character marks on the bottom of the vase. This one has only one.

This could be late 20th century, or 21st century. Not even vintage, in my view.
It is the first time I see this mark.
The bottom looks as if it was not on a wheel, but via mass production method.
