The foot would and the back would put this 2nd half of the 20 century.

This is probably Japanese porcelain. A close picture of the base showing at an angle (not from straight above), and without reflections, may help verifying if it it has spurs, or if it is a glaze defect on the base. The center on the base could point to injecton (mass production).
