Yes, the bottom also shows Japanese characteristics. Arita, perhaps? Maybe Stan can tell the age of this.

I am sorry to say, but this looks new, there are a lot of high quality fakes, flooding the market and this looks like one of them, the colors are not right for Japanese Antique Porcelain Arita Imari.
