Title: Second Small Chinese? Plate

This is the second plate I have.  It is 5 1/4", no cup ridge. The plate has raised paint on it.  I have found a little info on this plate.  Is it Famille Rose, Qing Dynasty and enameled?  I have a photograph of the front, back and mark.

I'm looking for any info on this plate.
