Title: Small Chinese Plate?

I have 3 small plates that I am looking for info on.  The first is blue and white 5 1/2", no cup ridge. The plate is smooth. It does have condition issues. Do you think this is Chinese or Japanese? Antique? I have a photograph of the front, back and mark.

Usually, this type is Jiaqing or Daoguang. This one has a Jiaqing mark (M&P).
