I can only help with part of the characters, as some look blurred.
First column, right to left:
Dainippon Minota
XX-Gun Kasahara Mura
Matsubara (Ei)suke "made"

XX unreadable, (Ei) probable but not completely sure as it is blurred,. The first two are the place, the last is a name.
Maybe someone can help based on this.

Hi Calder, very nice vases, they look more like Fukagawa than Hirado, I have vases that have the same top with the same handles that are clearly marked Fukagawa, a bit unusual for Hirado it think.

Your right Calder it looks a lot like yours, the reason I thought otherwise is because of the colors in your vase, Hirado, was well known for its blue and white, if yours is authentic it would have a high collectors value.

The new pictures show the name better. The artisan seems to be Matsubara Eisuke.
