This looks English to me, maybe Chinoiserie, but that is even doubtful.

This to me is Faience from the Rouen region of France.

That was my first impression Calder, that it was made in France, but the mark looks English.

Hi Stan there are so many Faience makers in France.
Found very similar if not exact match.
