Hi, I would think this is a modern fake.
The chance that you have a period item of this type and would not know what you have is unlikely. Such items usually come with good provenance or a high price tag, if they are authentic.
Unfortunately, the picture is blurred, only the bottom is clearly visible. However, I think the mark alone is sufficient to show that this is not a period item.
Firstly, the Zhuanti characters look like a printer font, and signs specific to hand-drawn Qianlong marks are missing. My personal view.
