I am thinking Japanese, late 19th / early 20th century?

This looks more European than Japanese to me.

I don't know Stan. I do feel like it has a Japanese vibe. Japanese did a lot of export pieces and a lot of them were with Western inspiration. I am thinking maybe Awaji, Sumida ware or similar.
Also, not sure I've seen this kind of base on European pieces. But I don't find it on Japanese either.
Attaching few extra images.

I know it is not Sumida, and I have not seen anything Awaji that resembles your vase in my books, if it is Japanese it would have to be later I think, maybe mid 20th century.
