Made by Zeng Long-sheng.
Judging by look and artisan this is vintage, 20th.

            Can you tell me who is Ceng Long-Sheng ,n  if it is made on 20th Century, around which year, value, around how much?,  Thank you very much sir. The info is valuable to me.

There was an artist Zeng Longsheng (Chinese, 1901-1964).
Have not done further research. Try to search that name and see if the marks on his porcelain figurines will match yours.

Thx Kardina, but when I tne research on zeng long-zheng, I found out that there will too many different marks, n is it possible that he changed his mark frequently

Yes. kardinalisimo already gave you the birth and death years of the person whose name is given in the mark.
