Hi Peter
Slap my hand if I am wrong.
Is this the Zheng symbol?
Would this mean they are from the 19th century.

I doubt it is ?, the character has only five strokes. It looks as if it was some stylized form of character. Even Chinese may sometimes be unable to read these.

For age evaluation closeup images of decoration, sideview and foot, including rim would be needed.
