Title: marks on chinese tea pot

Hi

Would you be able to help me identify mark on  blue&white Chinese tea pot.

Hi 1bear looks to me to be a modern mark.
1970s
Some one will tell you for sure.

The mark is Jingdezhen, but as calder said it is printed, but you can't go by the mark, you have to judge the whole tea pot, the shape the color, and the decoration, if all these are in align with the mark, then it would be a period item, but if just one thing is not right then it would most likely be later copy but just how late is the question, so you should upload photos of the whole item showing the bottom top, decoration and the shape of the whole would be needed to see just how late your tea pot is.
