Hi it is a Qianlong Mark.
I believe it says Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi or Great Qing Qianlong Year Made.
That is  as far as my limited knowledge goes .

You cannot rely on the mark alone to determine that an item having it is imperial. This specific mark lacks certain characteristics that hand drawn imperial marks usually have.

Well I saw many mark that have the same character exactly the same now look at the color of this vase

There are many new items out there that look like this and are new.
FYI, the mark looks as if it was stamped with a seal. Imperial marks were carefully handwritten and this is usually visible.
