Title: 4 inch bloosom jar with a replacement lid?

The lid looks like a marriage from another jar to me.

What period does the jar look like?

Late Qing dynasty, Guangxu reign.
There may be minor color differences between lid and jar because these were fired separately and then matched to the jars, but this one possibly belonged to another item, as you say.
