The qing dynasty export plate...need your opinion.

looks 18th century to me, because of the blue pigment.

Not sure if this is Chinese at all. The painting is a bit off the normal... so is the blue pigment.
Anyway, if it were Chinese it would have to be 19th century and possibly Dehua kiln (because of the blue pigment) in my view.
