Blue and white porcelain , Is it Chinese or Japanese? Any idea about the ages?

Hi Ping,
Not quite sure which it is. The decoration is a bit crowded for Chinese, and the top rim decoration is something I have never seen on Chinese items with the prunus decoration. So, could as well be Japanese. The bottom looks as if it were at least early 20th century.
