Maybe someone else can tell, but the vase body looks really old, but the blue decoration was added later, and it looks as if it was not, or not properly, fired. If you check the blue areas with a magnifier you should see bubbles if fired normally. The blue painting is of very low quality. Overall the whole looks as if someone took a repaired white vase, possibly with an original carved decoration, and then painted it.
I would recommend not to purchase such items. Later painted or re-painted items have no collecting value.
