Yes indeed, Kangxi revival is more likely than M&P.
The main reason is the mark. There were few reign marks overall in the Kangxi reign, but if it was from a private kiln, it would have to be in the early to mid-Kangxi period. The reason is that the use of reign marks by private kilns was But a mark from after the Kangxi reign but earlier than Kangxi revival cannot be entirely excluded, I would think.
