Here is a Fake, the decoration is printed, with dots and hand painted over the dotted print to give the appearance of hand painting the Guangxu mark is hand painted the pitting was added to deceive.

That is amazing. I notice that they used five bats under the rim of the plate - to make it look like it wasn't made for export with four bats?

That is probably unrelated. The 'Five bats' subject has an auspicious meaning in Chinese culture, thus they often use this number. You can check "wufu" in Wikipedia.   :)
